“Always eat your greens”

Here’s a way to do this without insulting your taste buds.

1 x cup of Kale
1 x cup of Spinach
1 x Lemon
1 x Orange
1 x Green Apple
2 x Sticks of Celery
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/4 cup of Aloe Vera Juice
1 x Cup of Water
1 tsp. Grated Ginger
Blend together and serve (Keep Refrigerated)
You can change up the ingredients and portions as desired. I prefer a strong citrus base and usually use the juice of a full lemon however this may not suit everyone. Aloe Vera juice isn’t required but it does have great health benefits and you should be able to find it at your local grocery store in the health food section. I usually have my green shake in morning with breakfast.
