Diet is an important factor in achieving the best possible results from any exercise.
I wanted to share this typical day ‘on my plate’ overview as an example of what a standard day of eating is like for myself when I’m trying to maintain muscle and achieve a lean, toned physique.
I try to follow a healthy, well-balanced diet and don’t encourage restrictive eating or extreme methods of dieting.

I believe that the most sustainable healthy diet is “everything in moderation” I still allow myself “treats” and listen to my body when I feel I need to eat more.
