Nationals Jacket

Motivation comes in many forms. For me, it was a jacket. It seems like ever since I remember or for what time actually counts, I have been in some way involved in sport and athletics. I have honestly taken my lifestyle for granted because of this. Growing up with athletics being such a large part of my life it only stood to reason that eating well and exercising became a part of who I am today. It was a love/hate relationship. Green Shake

“Always eat your greens”   Here’s a way to do this without insulting your taste buds. 1 x cup of Kale1 x cup of Spinach1 x Lemon1 x Orange1 x Green Apple2 x Sticks of Celery1 tbsp. Chia Seeds1/4 cup of Aloe Vera Juice1 x Cup of Water1 tsp. Grated GingerBlend together and serve (Keep Refrigerated)You can change up the ingredients and portions as desired. I prefer a strong citrus base and usually use the juice of a full lemon however this may not suit everyone. Study Tips

My top 6 study tips   Advice from a perpetual student… I’ve done my fair share of study having completed my Bachelor of Justice and currently completing my Bachelor of law and Cert III and IV in Fitness. In my first year of law I learnt a valuable lesson when it comes to study; manage your work efficiently and effectively… or be completely and utterly consumed by your workload. Unfortunately I learnt this lesson the hard way and have dealt with my fair share of all-nighters and pre-exam cram sessions.
