Our 3 WEEK ABS CHALLENGE has been designed to be added to the end of your training sessions or performed as a stand alone Ab Workout.

All workouts are under 14 mins and suitable for all fitness levels.

This program is bodyweight only - so however you like to train we got you!

PROGRAM WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
3 WEEK ABS CHALLENGE is divided into 3 key training phases:

Phase 1: Week 1
4 x Workouts

Phase 2: Week 2
5 x Workouts

Phase 3: Week 3
5 x Workouts

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
3 WEEK ABS CHALLENGE does not require any equipment.

3 WEEK ABS CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

  • Exercise demonstration videos & form instructions
  • Notification reminders for scheduled workouts and activities
  • Ability to track workouts, reps and resistance in app
  • Ability to track body measurements and take progress photos in app
  • Connectivity to wearable devices like Apple Watch (synced to Health app), Fitbit and Withings to sync body stats instantly
