TRAIN With DB is a subscription strength based program focusing on improving overall strength and body composition.
MONTHLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
- 2 x Upper Body Strength Workouts
- 2 x Lower Body Strength Workouts
- 1 x Optional Full Body Workout
- 1 x Optional HIIT Session
TRAIN With DB is a subscription based program with recurring billing every 4 weeks.
Bodyweight & Band Program:
- Resistance Band / Glute Loop
- Full Body Resistance Band (Long Band)
