8 WEEK FULL BODY CHALLENGE

Sculpt You is an 8-week challenge programmed by Coach Danni focusing on full-body recomposition. Body recomping is the process of building muscle and losing fat simultaneously. This program, paired with our custom nutrition guides will help you create healthy, maintainable habits and achieve incredible results.

CHALLENGE STARTS 3RD JUNE 2024

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD

One of the most important training principles in building muscle is progressive overload. This program includes 2 x 4 weeks training blocks which increase intensity each week to help you get the best results.

I will be forever thankful to myself to take part of this challenge and of course to Danni who supported us and created an amazing plan for us.
