How It Works:
You are given 5 workouts to perform each week throughout the month of training, each workout is performed 4 times in total. This repetition is sufficient to allow you to progress and improve on the movements before the introduction of a new program for the following month.
Each Month is Broken into 2 Phases:
Phase 1: Weeks 1 & 2
Phase 2: Weeks 3 & 4
The workouts remain the same throughout the month but
reps are altered in phase 2 to assist with progressive overload.
