Your workout calendar can be located under the Calendar icon on your Home screen.
A: Yes! You can customise your workout schedule to work for you.
Follow the simple steps below to make changes to your workout calendar:
1. From the Home screen of your app select your workout calendar by clicking the Calendar icon.
2. From your Workout Calendar, hold down the Kettlebell icon next to the workout you wish to reschedule.
3. Drag and drop the workout to your desired date.
A: Each 4 weeks of programming is broken up into 2 phases: Phase 1: weeks 1 & 2, Phase 2: weeks 3 & 4. In phase 2, we make changes to your prescribed reps to assist with progressive overload. Your workouts will reappear in-app when you reach week 3 of your program.

A: WRKout with DB offers a range of different training styles and programs so however you like to train we’ve got you covered.
Once you purchase your selected training programming you will receive immediate access to your workouts. Please note this excludes Challenge Programs as they commence on a set date.
A: WRKout with DB programming is suitable for all fitness levels. You train at your own pace and can select your own resistance, it’s you vs you! The app also displays video examples of how to complete each exercise.

Our Monthly Training Programs offer 3 levels of recurring subscription:
Monthly Membership: $45 AUD
3 Month Membership: $100 AUD
12 Month Membership: $300 AUD
Your subscription payment will be debited on the date of your initial sign up and on each subsequent billing period dependent on your membership selection. Six (6) and Twelve (12) month memberships are charged upfront in full upon registration and cannot be refunded.
A: You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, with a minimum of only a one (1) month commitment. Six (6) and Twelve (12) Month Memberships are able to be cancelled at any time however the membership will be charged in full upon registration.
