Our CARDIO CHALLENGE is available in 2 or 4 Week Program options and has been designed to either be added to your current training program or performed as a stand alone challenge.
The CARDIO CHALLENGE Program provides you with 5 high intensity workouts each week (all under 30 minutes!)
Get ready to SWEAT with a range of HIIT training workouts including TABATA, Full Body Circuits, Cardio & Core Sessions & Bodyweight Strength!
This program is bodyweight only - so however you like to train we got you!
WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
2 Week Program
10 x HIIT Sessions
4 Week Program
20 x HIIT Sessions
CARDIO CHALLENGE includes:
• Bodyweight Only Program
• Exercise demonstration videos & form instructions
• Notification reminders for scheduled workouts and activities
• Ability to track workouts and reps in app
• Ability to track body measurements and take progress photos in app
• Connectivity to wearable devices like Apple Watch (synced to Health app), Fitbit and Withings to sync body stats instantly
