Banana & Rolled Oat Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients:

3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 & 1/2 Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp Golden Syrup
1 scoop Protein Powder
2 & 1/2 Rolled Oats

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and distribute mixture evenly across greased muffin tray
3. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through

200 cals per muffin
Recipe makes 12 muffins
