Workout with DB is awesome! You get workout reminders, and each workout has easy to follow demonstrations from DB herself as well as feedback when I have questions. I've paid a TON of money and gotten locked into contracts with some insta famous fitness influencers before only to be placed in an app and get feedback to questions such as, "Google it." Not here! This is quality all the way around and much better than my prior experiences. There are a lot of different options to choose from and the app even let's you substitute exercises. Best of all, I'm seeing results full body, and especially to my booty because the workouts really target all of the glutes. Can't wait to see what results in the next few months!
