We ship all Australian Orders using Australia Post.


Standard Delivery (2 - 5 Working Days) - $7

Express Post Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - $10




We ship all Express International Order with DHL Express


DHL Express (2 - 5 Working Days) - $15



There may be shipment delays at particular times due to:

  • Launches, re-stocks & sales
  • Public Holidays: not included as delivery days
  • Next working day delivery: does not include Saturday or Sunday as a delivery day


During these times please allow an additional 1-2 days on-top of the above



Please note that some international shipments may be subject to customs or import duties once upon reaching their destination. In these circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. Unfortunately we’re unable to estimate the exact potential customs charge, we recommend contacting your local customs office to learn more about the fees involved and the exact cost of clearance.

We value our DB customers and want you to love your purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind but we can provide credit notes if the fit/style of DBA isn’t tickling your fancy (which is unlikely, because let’s be honest DBA is amazing). Please follow the steps below for processing your return:

  1. Contact our Returns Team to obtain a Returns Approval Number and Return Slip


  1. Once you have received your approval number from our team, please fill in your Return Slip and post it back with your order.
  2. Orders must be returned within 21 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 21 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return.
  3. All returns are processed within 5 Working Days from the day we receive your parcel in our warehouse.

If you are an International DB customer and wish to return your order, please follow the above steps. We allow up to 30 Working Days for international returns.



We only offer Refunds on items purchased at full price. We are also unable to offer Exchanges for any returned goods. If you wish to change your size/ colour/ style, please obtain your approval number and return your item for a Credit Note. You may then use your Credit Note to repurchase your preferred item.


You are responsible for posting your returned goods back to Dannibelle. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking to ensure safe receipt of goods and prevent item loss. Dannibelle Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be mindful of the shipment service selected when returning an item.

The original postage charge cannot be refunded, the amount refunded into your account will be purely for the original goods purchased.

We do not allow returns for a refund or credit note for the following:

Your return does not arrive within our returns policy timeframe

Products that appear to be worn, have any marks such as deodorant, fake tan, makeup or any visible mark.

Products that have any scents including perfume, deodorant etc.

Products that are damaged in any way. All products returned must be received in their original condition with all tags attached

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet our terms and conditions. In this case, the item will be posted back to you.



If you have mistakenly received an incorrect item, please email us at: with your order number and please attach photos of the item received. Our Returns Department will be able to assist you with replacement/Exchange of the item and will cover the cost of return postage.



If the item you received is faulty we will provide you with a refund, credit note or if possible (dependent on stock availability) an exchange for your item. We pride ourselves on quality and want to make sure the item you receive lives up to this standard and is free from faults. Please email us at: with your order number and please attach photos of the fault or damage to the garment and further details of the problem. Please ensure any issues with the product is addressed within 7 days of receiving your parcel as we are unable to offer a remedy for extended periods. If addressed within this period our  Returns Department will be able to assist you with replacement/exchange of the item and will cover the cost of return postage.



Please note: There is a strict 6 month validity on credit notes from the date of issue by our Returns Department. Credit Note terms cannot be extended and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion.
