Raspberry & Almond Baked Oats
Mix up your morning protein oats with this recipe!
Raspberry & Almond Baked Oats
Serves 1

½ cup rolled oats
1 banana 
1 egg
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp baking powder
Cocao Nibs
Almond Flakes
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2:
Blend together rolled oats, banana, egg, honey and baking powder until smooth. 

Step 3:
Pour half the mixture into a greased ramekin and add a handful of raspberries and a sprinkle of cocao nibs and almond flakes

Step 4: 
Add the rest of the mixture to the ramekin, covering filling. 

Step 5:
Top with the remaining raspberries, cocao nibs and almond flakes. Cook for 20 mins or until cooked through.
