Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Serves: 1

Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Apple
1/2 Cup Yoghurt
Almonds & Strawberries to serve

 

Method:

Step 1:
Combine rolled oats, milk and yoghurt to a food storage container.

Step 2:
Mix though cinnamon and grated apple.

Step 3:
Seal container and place in fridge overnight.

Step 4:
When ready to eat top with fresh strawberries and almonds!
