EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
3 WEEK ABS CHALLENGE does not require any equipment.
3 WEEK ABS CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
- Exercise demonstration videos & form instructions
- Notification reminders for scheduled workouts and activities
- Ability to track workouts, reps and resistance in app
- Ability to track body measurements and take progress photos in app
- Connectivity to wearable devices like Apple Watch (synced to Health app), Fitbit and Withings to sync body stats instantly
