WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Monday: Lower Body
Tuesday: Cardio & Core
Wednesday: Full Body Strength
Thursday: Rest or HIIT Cardio
Friday: Upper Body & Abs
Saturday: HIST (High Intensity Strength Training) or Lower Body
Sunday: Rest
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Gym Program:
- Gym Machines
- Dumbbells
- Resistance Band
Dumbbell Program:
- 2 sets of Dumbbells of varying weights
- Resistance Band
