MONTHLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:

  • 2 x Upper Body Strength Workouts
  • 2 x Lower Body Strength Workouts
  • 1 x Optional Full Body Workout 
  • 1 x Optional HIIT Session

TRAIN With DB is a subscription based program with recurring billing every 4 weeks.

Dumbbell Program:

  • 2 x Sets of Dumbbells (Heavier Resistance for Lower Body Exercises + Lighter Resistance for Upper Body Exercises)
  • Resistance Band / Glute Loop
